Turning a data business into a platform

Situation: A financial data provider sold information through manual, one off arrangements that were hard to scale.
What we did: We designed a data as a service platform with secure API access and usage metering for partners and clients.
Outcome: A new recurring revenue line, with faster partner onboarding and usage based pricing.

Modernizing a trading and reporting platform

Situation: A brokerage and wealth business needed a stronger platform for retail trading and reporting.
What we did: We architected the trading and reporting engine and the supporting infrastructure, with machine learning applied to back office processes.
Outcome: A more resilient platform and reporting the business could act on.

Manufacturing

Invoice automation inside SAP

Situation: A large process manufacturer handled invoices and vendor registration manually across several SAP environments.
What we did: We assessed the flows, built a proof of concept that reads and processes invoices, and connected it to purchasing and SAP financials with AI agents handling routine steps.
Outcome: Shorter invoice cycle times and lower processing cost, with a proven model to extend across business units.

Technology strategy for a chemical company

Situation: Leadership needed a coherent plan for technology investment, hiring, and automation.
What we did: We set the IT strategy and capital plan, advised on hiring, and introduced SAP automation and generative AI use cases with executive reporting.
Outcome: A board approved investment roadmap and clearer performance visibility for leadership.

Building internal AI capability

Situation: A manufacturer wanted its own teams to use generative AI well, not just a few specialists.
What we did: We coached teams to combine internal data with public sources, and to evaluate and refine outputs for real work such as schedules, sales material, and code.
Outcome: Teams producing useful work with AI, with quality checks they understand.

Legal and professional services

Agreements reviewed against the firm’s own standards

Situation: A legal firm wanted AI to review and improve client agreements consistently, following the firm’s playbook.
What we did: We assessed their documents and workflows, selected suitable models, and built an agent that retrieves documents from existing systems and revises them to the firm’s rules.
Outcome: Consistent first drafts in a fraction of the time, freeing senior lawyers for higher value judgment.

Automating high volume document processing

Situation: A services company received well over a hundred thousand pages each month in mixed formats.
What we did: We designed a secure workflow that separates text, tables, and images, extracts and checks content, and routes exceptions to people.
Outcome: More than a hundred thousand pages a month processed with far less manual effort and faster turnaround.
